The high energy of Summer/Fire/Yang is behind us and the rhythms of nature are inexorably drawing down into the Yin phase of the Wheel of the Year.
Let’s take a pause together and sit deeply in this Autumn/Metal moment before allowing the energies of the season to descend toward Winter/Water.
