Marking the nadir of the natural year with a ritual is a deep and meaningful way to inhabit our lives. It allows us to drop into the Deep Yin energy of the season, drawing on Winter’s dark stillness and gestative womb to clarify and nourish our dreams for the coming cycle. It’s an opportunity to surrender what’s finished and no longer serves us into the dark of the old year, and call in and declare what we desire for the new year. Join me for this annual ritual of turning inward, in order to clarify and amplify what we are dreaming into being.
